Established in 1998, TORO COLÓN MULLET, P.S.C. (“TCM”) offers a broad range of legal services in general and specialized areas of the law to meet the ever-increasing needs of clients. Our firm is composed of attorneys with excellent credentials who concentrate in business, corporate, real estate, financing, environmental, energy, natural resources, land use and planning law, bankruptcy and debtor-creditor relations, taxes, intellectual property, labor and employment law, distribution agreements, consumer affair matters, biotechnology & agro-industrial, government procurement, and government, regulation & legislative affairs. TCM also handles civil and commercial litigation in Commonwealth and federal courts and represents clients in federal and local administrative agency proceedings, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Our attorneys are active members of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, and other associations, where they concentrate in continued efforts to improve the business, ethical and social environments in our Caribbean jurisdiction. All of our attorneys are fluent in English and Spanish.

BACKGROUND
A group of like-minded entrepreneurial attorneys with complementary legal practices, founded TCM more than 25 years ago, after working together for one of Puerto Rico’s largest law firms.
