STADLER VÖLKEL Attorneys at Law is an agile, mid-sized law firm in the heart of Vienna, Austria. The law firm (short: "SV.LAW") has established itself as a key player inter alia in several fields of Internet & crypto law (data protection, IP/IT, media law, gambling/betting law and eSports, cryptocurrencies and blockchain solutions, etc. Founded in 2016, SV.LAW has steadily grown, nowadays consisting of four (4) partners, eleven (11) lawyers, seven (7) associates, a veteran support staff and a small contingent of research assistants. We approach consultancy services in a practically orientated, pragmatic manner, focusing on the individual client and its specific needs in the individual case – thus, trying to develop tailor-made solutions instead of mass processing.

We provide comprehensive services comprising all aspects of law and practice, including technical and security-related advice (e.g., advice on compliance matters, legal proceedings, communication with relevant authorities, advice re conception, development and suitability of business models). Achieving compliance with numerous and complex regulations as well as implementing suitable measures and mechanisms is heavily dependent upon the right counselling.
