FABREGA MOLINO acted as a local legal advisor of the Ministerio de Obras Públicas de Panamá, for structuring the first Public Private Partnership project in Panama related to the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of East Pan-American Highway: Vía Pacora-Yaviza.
