Our colleague Jorge Molina, representative of the Panamanian firm FABREGA MOLINO, has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors of 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼́𝗻 𝗟𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮, 𝗦.𝗔. (𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮) . This corporation owns the generalist newspaper LA PRENSA, which is probably the most important daily newspaper in Panama.
With more than three decades of experience, Jorge has led important litigation and arbitration cases in Panama and the region, representing public entities and national and international companies. His career includes participation on the boards of directors of financial institutions and media companies, which gives him a comprehensive view of the corporate and media environment.
Jorge will continue to work as a solicitor and senior partner at the Fábrega Molino law firm. However, he will certainly not have enough hours in the day to fulfil all his obligations. Jorge, congratulations and good luck!
