SCHRADE & PARTNER RECHTSANWÄLTE

Description of the Law Firm:

Languages: German, Spanish, English.

We started in 1976 in Villingen-Schwenningen in the beautiful Black Forest. Our founder, Dr. Heinz Schrade, a lawyer, tax consultant and auditor, saw the potential of a Law Firm that could offer its clients comprehensive advice in all areas of business law. This is still our aspiration.

Since then, the Firm has grown steadily. We currently have more than 40 lawyers, 9 of whom are partners. All lawyers are specialists in some field of commercial and business law.

We have six locations in Baden-Württemberg, in the south of Germany and also in the German capital. In particular, we are located in Villingen-Schwenningen, Freiburg, Lahr, Cantar, Stuttgart and Berlin.

We invite you to visit our website: www.schrade-partner.de . There you will find some of our clients - with their prior consent - and detailed information about the lawyers, the Law Firm and the areas of practice.

The Firm has a strong international character, advising foreign companies throughout Germany and helping German companies to invest and do business abroad. In particular, through our Spanish and Latin American Desk we work extensively with Spanish-speaking companies with interests in Germany and also with German companies operating in the Latin American markets.

The contact person at the Law Firm is the lawyer and economist Eva Camiña Giral. Eva obtained her law degree in 1992 and her degree in economics and business administration in 1993 at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid. After working in a financial institution in Madrid and almost three years as an export specialist for Latin America in a leading German company in the production of surgical and sanitary equipment, she qualified as a German lawyer in 1998, after passing her examination at the OLG (Higher Court of Justice) in Stuttgart. Shortly afterwards, she joined the Law Firm Schrade & Partner Rechtsanwälte. She has 15 years of experience as a German bankruptcy administrator and trustee, advising German companies with foreign partners or administrators and representing foreign companies at the German courts.
